Openings on the LSV Board of Trustees
Legal Services Vermont has three Board of Trustees openings. These are volunteer positions:
- 2 Attorney Member vacancies
- 1 Client Member vacancy
To be eligible for the Attorney Member vacancy, a candidate must be:
- a legal Vermont resident;
- admitted to practice law in Vermont (and in good standing);
- appointed by the Board of Managers of the Vermont Bar Association; and
- experienced in finances, if possible.
To be eligible for the Client Member vacancy, a candidate must be:
- a legal Vermont resident;
- eligible to be an LSV client (with income below 200% of the federal poverty level, or $49,720 for a family of three); and
- represent an underserved community, if possible.
